This plant reproduces by forming many small seedlings of helical shape, on the edge of each of the leaves are fleshy and triangular.
When these seedlings fall rooted effectively also on small portions of the soil.
This Kalanchoe is very easy to grow, possibly to the full light of the sun on a substrate, fertile but well-drained soil.
Must be watered abundantly in the growing season, i.e. spring-summer, while during autumn and winter, the plant should be left almost dry.
If it is not wet and is kept in conditions with low atmospheric humidity, the plant bears quietly with temperatures around 5 °C.
Being plant brevidiurna, as many tropical species, it flourishes only if it is placed in an environment which is not affected by the artificial lighting.
